The Builder

A civil engineer from RV College of Engineering, Sitaram spent two decades delivering large-scale real-estate and luxury-hospitality projects — culminating in leading the execution of the 396-key, ₹500-crore Shangri-La Bangalore as Senior Project Manager at Adarsh Developers. Earlier, he spent fifteen years at ITI on the ASCON pan-India signals network.

The Cricketer

On the field, Sitaram was a Karnataka all-rounder — representing Karnataka Under-22, a Ranji Trophy probable from 1985 to 1992, and a senior-state player at the Buchi Babu and Moin-ud-Dowlah tournaments. A natural leader, he captained ITI to four 1st Division League titles and Bangalore Cricketers to three.

The Mentor

Having attended the NCA Level 1 coaching at three centres, Sitaram has guided Karnataka Zonal Under-16 and Under-23 sides, and most recently mentored Gulbarga Mystics to the 2023 Maharaja Trophy (KPL) championship — pairing deep cricketing instinct with a project leader's discipline.

The CEO

At VB Pase Cricket Academy, Sitaram brings both halves of his career together — the builder who delivers world-class facilities and the cricketer who knows what produces champions. He owns campus and facility delivery, academy operations, and the bowling-first high-performance vision that defines the academy.

Fast bowler in action — red-ball pace bowling at VB Pase Academy

The Aim

“Train the fast bowlers to study the batter's weakness during the match, create a plan, and bowl to that weakness.”

— Sitaram Audipudy, CEO

Coaching Vision

Building champion, aggressive red-ball pace bowlers.

At VB Pase Cricket Academy, one of our central focuses is to create champion, aggressive red-ball pace bowlers who dominate the batter — building genuine wicket-taking ability with razor-sharp accuracy, rather than just containing runs. Our bowling focus is to gain the initiative and momentum in the early stage of the innings, with classical test-match line and length.

Dominate, don't contain

Champion fast bowlers attack the batter and take wickets — they don't settle for keeping the runs down. Aggression with control is the standard.

Razor-sharp accuracy

Wicket-taking ability is built on relentless precision — classical test-match line and length, repeated until it becomes instinct.

Seize the momentum early

The plan is to gain the initiative in the early stage of the innings, putting the batting side on the back foot from the first spell.

Bowl to the weakness

Fast bowlers are trained to study each batter's weakness during the match, build a plan, and bowl to that weakness — thinking cricketers, not just athletes.

A heartfelt thank you to every player, parent and coach who made this year's summer camp such a success. Daily Tips

  • Bowl at the top of off stump

    7 June 2026

Pick one length and one channel — the top of off stump — and hit it ball after ball before you try anything clever. Pressure is built by repetition. The wicket usually comes from the fourth or fifth delivery in a sequence, not the first.

  • Win the first hour

    7 June 2026

The new ball is a privilege. Start full and straight, attack the stumps, and make the batter earn every run early. Two wickets in the first hour shapes the whole day.

Train with intent.
